Course Objective: To train technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of aesthetic machines used in dermatology and cosmetology clinics, including laser, RF, HIFU, cavitation, and cryolipolysis systems. Eligibility: • ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, Instrumentation • B.Tech (Electronics, Biomedical, ECE preferred) • 12th pass with technical aptitude (for foundation/basic course) Course Modules: Module 1: Introduction to Aesthetic Equipments • Overview of the aesthetic & cosmetic industry • Types of equipment (Laser, RF, HIFU, Cryo, HydraFacial, Cavitation, IPL, etc.) • Regulatory standards & safety protocols (CE, ISO, BIS, etc.) Module 2: Electronics & Functional Components • Circuit board basics • Power supplies, capacitors, resistors, sensors, diodes • Motherboard and UI panels Module 3: Installation & Configuration • Setup and unpacking protocols • Calibration of key machines (laser focus, RF frequency, etc.) • Software installation and firmware upgrade • Mobile app or UI panel integration (if applicable) Module 4: Troubleshooting & Repair • Common hardware issues (e.g., heating, signal error, water flow errors) • Firmware faults • Repair and replacement of circuit components • Use of multimeter, soldering iron, oscilloscope Module 5: Preventive Maintenance • Cleaning & service checklist • Periodic maintenance cycle • Water circulation systems • Record keeping & customer reporting Module 6: Field Training & Site Visits • Live demo setup • Clinic visits for installation practice • Real-time troubleshooting case studies Hands-on Training On: • Diode Laser Hair Removal Machine • HydraFacial Machine • HIFU & RF Skin Tightening Devices • Cryolipolysis Slimming Machines • Q-Switched ND YAG Laser • Cavitation & EMS machines Duration & Format: • Basic Course: 1 month (Theory + Demo Sessions) • Advanced Course: 3 months (Theory + Hands-on + Live projects) • Weekend Batch Available
